SAND AND STONE

TWO FRIENDS WERE WALKING
THROUGH THE DESERT

DURING SOME POINT OF THE
JOURNEY, THEY HAD AN
ARGUMENT; AND ONE FRIEND
SLAPPED THE OTHER ONE
IN THE FACE

THE ONE WHO GOT SLAPPED
WAS HURT, BUT WITHOUT
SAYING ANYTHING,
WROTE IN THE SAND

'TODAY MY BEST FRIEND
SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE'

THEY KEPT ON WALKING,
UNTIL THEY FOUND AN OASIS,
WHERE THEY DECIDED
TO TAKE A BATH

THE ONE WHO HAD BEEN
SLAPPED GOT STUCK IN THE
MIRE! AND STARTED DROWNING,
BUT THE FRIEND SAVED HIM.


AFTER HE RECOVERED FROM
THE NEAR DROWNING,
HE WROTE ON A STONE:

'TODAY MY BEST FRIEND
SAVED MY LIFE'

THE FRIEND WHO HAD SLAPPED
AND SAVED HIS BEST FRIEND
ASKED HIM, 'AFTER I HURT YOU,
YOU WROTE IN THE SAND AND NOW,
YOU WRITE ON A STONE, WHY?'

THE FRIEND REPLIED
'WHEN SOMEONE HURTS US

Myself and Henry, would like to say a huge thank you for all the love and support you have shown henry and me these last few months, we can honestly say that without special people like you we wouldn't be here now, Emily has always been our whole world and we will never be able to accept what has happened, we still talk to him every day just as we always have done only now our sweet angel doesn't answer. we get up in the morning come on the computer, go to the cemetary
and talk to Emily and do her grave up,and come back on the computer, that is how we get through our days but at least meeting you has made it a little bit easier.
So once again thank you and remember we will always be here for you just as you have for use.

this is one of the hardest things to do is write down how i am feeling but this is all i have now is words and my loving memories of you!! was sat at the table the other day with mum and we was chatting about all the times we had sat round the table making you laugh, we would thnk of things all week and save the up and tell you just to hear you laugh at us with us!! you are my rock gran even though you not here physically your in my heart and mind, i sit and wonder what you would make of life and what advise you would give?? but that is al i have now is wonder wish was here to guide me tell me whats what and give me that look telling me everything would be alright and that we will get through it..... no one will ever take your plae gran there is stil that gap in my life.
